Terms & Conditions

Hotels will be billed a one-time rate per program year via IHG Commission Services and the invoice will reflect a line item of "Travelport Digital Media Program." (Rate is non-refundable).  Any hotel participating in the Travelport Preferred Placement Program will be required to pay amounts invoiced pursuant to the program and Travelport can make a claim against the hotel for payment of amounts owed but not paid and/or to suspend or terminate the hotel's participation in the program or access to the Travelport GDS.  IHG shall not be liable to Travelport for any actions or omissions on the part of the hotel, including but not limited to any indemnification obligations. Program year runs from September 1 until August 31 of the following year. Annual fee may change at auto-renewal of a program year. Participant hotels will be informed in advance.
